Otech Labs LLC (“Otech Labs,” “we,” “us”) is a Connecticut limited liability company at 33 W Palmer St, Danielson, CT 06239, United States. This policy covers the studio website otechlabs.io, including the contact form.

Our products (MinistryAlign, QuoteProof, HabitatLab, BAD ADS, Job For Me, and others) have their own privacy policies on their own domains. Those policies control product data. This page covers the studio site only.

What we collect on otechlabs.io

  • Contact-form fields you submit: name, email, phone, project type, and message.
  • An HMAC of your IP address (not the address itself) stored with the inquiry so we can limit automated repeats.
  • Basic technical logs needed to run and secure the site (for example browser type and diagnostic events).

We do not require an account to use this site. We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party advertising on this site.

How we use it

  • To reply to inquiries and talk about a possible project.
  • To keep the site reliable and secure.
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting duties if an inquiry becomes a paid engagement.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the site (hosting and email) process data on our instructions. Confirmed processors for Otech Labs products generally include Lovable Cloud / Supabase (hosting and database), Stripe (when a customer pays), and Lovable first-party analytics (page views on this site). This studio site does not use Firebase as a database.

We share information if required by law, or if Otech Labs is involved in a merger or sale of assets, under this policy’s protections.

Cookies and similar

We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our host's security service (Cloudflare) sets __cf_bm to filter bots, and our hosting sets __dpl to keep you on one version of the site. Both are strictly necessary and expire quickly. We count page views with our hosting provider's first-party analytics (Lovable), which doesn't use advertising IDs. Product icons on the home page load from habitatlab.app and quoteproof.dev; those sites may also set Cloudflare's __cf_bm cookie.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, as part of the engagement file. Email privacy@otechlabs.io to access, correct, or delete studio-site personal data. We will complete deletion of that inquiry data within 30 days except records we must keep (for example invoices if work was billed).

Children

otechlabs.io is a business website. It is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
